RMA Instructions
RMA Number
No products will be accepted for repair without an RMA number. Please call
408-629-0517 and leave your name, telephone number, fax number and the
serial number(s) of the board(s) requiring repair. Parallax Graphics
personnel will determine the warranty status of the board and fax an RMA
form for your completion. Upon receipt, by fax, of the completed RMA Form,
Parallax Graphics will assign an RMA number and provide shipment
instructions by return fax.

WARRANTY REPAIRS
Parallax Graphics, Inc. offers a one (1) year limited warranty for
hardware. All warranty repair work is FOB Parallax Graphics, Santa Clara,
CA and includes parts, labor and return shipment to Parallax's customer.
This warranty does not cover gross neglect, physical damage, or use outside
of published operating limits. This warranty does not cover software and
firmware.
OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIRS
Repair service is also available for out-of-warranty hardware for a flat
fee of $600 plus return shipping costs (all shipments, collect).
